The Association of Uganda Family Business Owners (FBAU) believes that institutions promoting good governance must themselves be governed to the highest standards.

The General Assembly is the supreme governing authority of FBAU. Comprising all members in good standing, it provides strategic direction, approves major policies, elects the Board of Directors and safeguards the long-term interests of the Association.

FBAU benefits from the guidance of an Advisory Council comprising distinguished leaders from business, academia, public policy and the professions.
The Secretariat is responsible for implementing the Association's strategy and delivering value to members. Led by the Chief Executive Officer.
